PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable returnable box, which is easy to fold, strong to impacts from outside, and excellent in stability for stacking the foldable returnable boxes. SOLUTION: The foldable returnable box comprises: a square or rectangular bottom 11; front and rear side walls 12, 12 and left and right side walls 13, 13, which correspond to the sides of the bottom 11; and a lid 14 extending from the upper side of the rear side wall 12; and a reinforcement plate 15 reinforcing the bottom 11. The reinforcement plate 15 is attached to the lower side of the rear side wall 12 so as to freely turn. The side walls 12, 12 and 13, 13, lid 14, and reinforcement plate 15 are formed from a sheet material incorporating a plate material.
