PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held type electromotive tool superior in weight balance. SOLUTION: The hand-held type electromotive tool is equipped with a body to which the tool is attached, the motor housed in the body to drive the tool, the battery attaching part provided in the rear part of the body to hold a battery pack in a detachable manner and the top grip provided to the upper part of the body. When the body of the electromotive tool is looked from above on a plan view, the center axis of the top grip is extended in the before and behind direction of the body and the center of gravity of the battery pack attached to the battery attaching part is offset on one side with respect to the straight line passing the center axis of the top grip.
