PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method of removing a specular reflection component appearing on an image by image processing when photographing a subject illuminated with natural light or the like. SOLUTION: The image processing method includes a first step of photographing the subject 11 illuminated by an invariable light source 10 such as natural light by a high-speed camera 12 while the subject is simultaneously illuminated by a stroboscope 13 repeating emission and non-emission at a blinking frequency of not higher than a half of the frame rate of the high-speed camera 12, and a second step of taking a difference between a frame image of the high-speed camera 12 photographed while the stroboscope 13 emits light and a frame image of the high-speed camera 12 photographed while the stroboscope 13 does not emit light, and then obtaining an image of the subject 11 without including reflection components of the invariable light source. When the high-speed camera 12 photographs the subject 11 illuminated with natural light or the like, a specular reflection appearing on the image is removed without moving the light source and a camera visual point.
