<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor and an image forming apparatus achieving high-quality prints free from any image failure for a long period of time and capable of outputting images of stable image equality under any environmental condition. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a hydroxygallium phthalocyanine composite pigment, which is prepared by conjugating a hydroxygallium phthalocyanine pigment with an azo compound expressed by general formula (a), and which has diffraction peaks at least at 7.5°, 9.9°, 12.5°, 16.3°, 18.6°, 25.1°, and 28.3°in the Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) in an X-ray diffraction spectrum using CuKαline (wherein, in general formula (a), A represents a residue of an azo compound; H represents a hydrogen atom; the residue A is bonded to n of hydrogen atoms via one or more heteroatoms; the heteroatoms are selected from a group consisting of N and O, and form a part of the residue A; and n is an integer of 1 to 9). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
