<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which has high transmittance of visible light, excellent near-infrared light shielding property and hardly deforms under high temperature and high humidity because of small internal stress, and a display filter including the film. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive film, a first refractive transparent thin film and a metal thin film are repeatedly laminated on a transparent substrate, and a second refractive transparent thin film having a refraction index smaller than the first refractive transparent thin film is laminated between the first refractive transparent thin film and the metal thin film. The thickness of the second refractive transparent thin film is not less than 10% and not more than 65% of the thickness of the first refractive transparent thin film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
