PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state display device capable of urging a terminal, which does not participate in a group conversation, to participate in the group conversation. SOLUTION: The state display device, for displaying the state of each terminal in a private radio system, has: an acquiring part 6 for acquiring a call control signal of each terminal from a private branch exchange of the private radio system; a generating part 19 for generating a signal for performing state display as to whether or not each terminal participates in a group conversation on the basis of the call control signal acquired by the acquiring part; and a transmitting part 5 and 12 for receiving an instruction signal to a terminal, which does not participate in the group conversation, from the outside, and generating and transmitting a signal for urging the terminal, which does not participate in the group conversation, to participate in the group conversation.
