PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a signal which is reduced in noise and represents a sound from a certain direction. SOLUTION: A suppression range (Rs) related to a phase per frequency corresponding to a coefficient (D(f)) for a frequency at a phase difference as a function of a frequency between two spectral signals is determined, and a component of a first spectral signal between the two spectral signals is phase-shifted for each frequency when the phase difference (DIFF(f)) at each frequency falls within a suppression range, and the phase-shifted spectral signal and the second spectral signal out of the two spectral signals are synthesized in order to generate a filtered spectral signal (INd(f)).
