PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reinforcing device for a beam through-hole, which can easily form cover concrete serving as fire proof covering while securing the reinforcement of the periphery of the beam through-hole by a steel material, which can improve filling property of concrete into the periphery of the beam through-hole, good installation workability to the beam reinforcement assembly, high-quality jointing performance and the general-purpose property as a component, and which can prevent buckling of a main reinforcement of the beam and crush of the concrete located in upper and lower positions of the beam through-hole as much as a conventional device, and to provide a beam structure. SOLUTION: This reinforcing device for reinforcing the beam through-hole 5 formed in a beam width direction between the upper and lower main reinforcements 3 and 4 of the beams includes: a steel annular reinforcing member 6 for enclosing a form 8 for molding the beam through-hole, with the thickness of the cover concrete in between; a buckling restraining bar 7 which is joined to the annular reinforcing member so as to be locked to at least either of the main reinforcements of the upper and lower beams; and a circulation hole 9 which is formed in the annular reinforcing member so as to circulate the concrete C to the inside/outside of the annular reinforcing member.
