PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart the photographing location of image information, by obtaining location information at a time closer to an imaging time in an imaging apparatus which can not obtain the location information. SOLUTION: An apparatus function detecting part 201 searches an apparatus having a function for obtaining location information and a relationship information management part 202 obtains and manages information about location information for each searched apparatus. An obtaining time calculating part 221 calculates the obtaining scheduled time of the location information for each apparatus on the basis of the information about the location information, and an obtaining order determining part 222 determines an order to obtain the location information, for each of times before and after photographing, during photographing on the basis of the calculated obtaining scheduled time. A location information obtaining part 223 then obtains the location information in accordance with the determined order, and the location information is imparted as the photographing location of the image information, by an image-capturing location imparting part 224.
