PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing device capable of detecting that the extraction insufficiency of a blood plasma component is produced. SOLUTION: An uneven surface for scattering passed detection light is formed on the inner surfaces of both of the downstream end (38a) of a connection flow channel (38) for extracting a definite amount of the blood plasma component to transfer the same to a measuring chamber and the solid component detection area (P) separated from the downstream end (38a). When the blood plasma component is held by the connection flow channel (38), the detection light passed through the downstream end (38a) is read by a first detector (132), while the detection light passed through the solid component detection area (P) by a second detector (133): by determining the detection outputs of the first and second detectors (132 and 133), the quantitative state of the blood plasma component in the connection flow channel (38) can be determined.
