PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine having a pulse supercharging valve with high response with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the internal combustion engine having the pulse supercharging valve 32 for performing supercharging by opening/closing an air intake passage 30 in the middle of the air intake passage 30, the pulse butterfly-shaped supercharging valve 32 is provided with an axis of rotation 34 on a central position of a tabular valve plug 33 and a curvature 31 that is bent to be a U-shape is arranged in the air intake passage 30. The pulse super charging valve 32 is arranged in the curvature 31. The internal combustion engine having the pulse supercharging valve 32 enhances output by increasing amount of air filling and efficiently burning fuel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
