PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a back door made of resin, easily transmitting a force received by an inner panel and an outer panel to a reinforcing member of the back door, to make distortion and deformation less likely to occur, and to have a high rigidity. SOLUTION: The structure of the back door includes: a resin inner panel 1, provided with a window frame portion 11 for a back window glass; a metallic hinge reinforcement 2 arranged on the both side surfaces of the window frame portion 11 from the upper portion to the lower portion of the window frame portion 11; a resin upper outer panel 4 and a lower outer panel 5, disposed opposite to each other with a space in the height direction on the inner panel via the metal hinge reinforcement 2; and a back window glass 6 disposed overlapped on the window frame portion 11 via the upper outer panel 4 and the lower outer panel 5.
