PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone dust collector separating dust in air in facilities such as a rice center and city waste treatment facilities, which can efficiently and economically remove dust in the air of a large volume, can be used as a wet type dust collector and a dry type dust collector, is easy in operation, maintenance and inspection. SOLUTION: The cyclone dust collector has a straight cylindrical outer cylinder, and has no conical part. The upper end of an inner cylinder serves as an exhaust port. An air feed port is provided to the upper end of the outer cylinder of a vessel or at the outer peripheral side of a top plate. Air containing dust flows in the tangential direction into the vessel 1 from the air feed port. The discharge port of dust separated in the vessel is provided to the lower end of the outer cylinder or to the outer peripheral end of a bottom plate, and a baffle plate is raised downstream in the swirling direction of the discharge port blocking the swirling flow. A plurality of water spray nozzles are disposed at the inside upper part of the vessel preferably so as to spray water toward the inner face of the outer cylinder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
