TIME SETTING DEVICE FOR WATTMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time setting device for a wattmeter capable of easily setting a standard time for a non-installed wattmeter without using a special communication device.

SOLUTION: The time setting device for the wattmeter 1 includes an electric power supply section supplying operating electric power to the wattmeter 1; information transmission/reception terminals DT and SG based on a predetermined communication system and formed on the wattmeter 1; and a time setting processor 2 transmitting time setting information to the information transmission/reception terminals through a wired circuit. The time setting processor 2 includes a time setting information generation section 41 incorporating current time information from a time information source and generating the time setting information including the incorporated current time information; an information output section 46 outputting the generated time setting information; and an information conversion section 36 converting the time setting information outputted from at least the information output section 46 connected between the information output section 46 and the information transmission/reception terminals DT and SG into information based on a communication system receivable by the information transmission/reception terminals.
