<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector for expressing a recombinant protein, without requiring ligation reaction in the introduction of a foreign gene and also capable of utilizing a starting codon existing in the foreign gene, and the construction of a method for preparing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This cloning vector for expressing the recombinant protein is provided by having a cut plane at the downstream of a promotor, forming single-stranded projecting parts which are not complemental with each other and become cloning parts for introducing the desired foreign gene, at both the mutually opposing cut planes, and arranging a ribosome-binding site on the single-stranded projecting part at the promotor side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
