PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensing device outputting image data with compensated variation or deviation of an exposure time produced in each region of an image sensing element, without producing a large time lag. SOLUTION: The image sensing device calculates a gap between the timing of a reset operation and the travelling characteristics of a blade of a shutter device 203, on the basis of the readout result of electric charge of two or more areas of an image sensing element 205.
