摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersoid having a metal-oxygen bond suitable for the production of a metal oxide thin film at a low temperature of 200°C or lower and the production of homogeneous organic-inorganic hybrid material, to provide a metal oxide thin film having various kinds of functions and to provide an organic-inorganic hybrid material particularly having a high refractive index and high transparency. <P>SOLUTION: This dispersoid having metal-oxygen bonds is obtained by mixing a partial hydrolyzate which is obtained by hydrolyzing a metal compound having at least three hydrolyzable groups in the absence of acid and base and can be stably dispersed without aggregation in an organic solvent, with water of the quantity given by subtracting the quantity used when producing the partial hydrolyzate from a quantity that amounts to half mole or more and less than double mole with respect to the total mole of the metal compound at a prescribed temperature in the absence of acid and base, wherein the average particle size falls within the range of 1 to 20 nm and the prescribed temperature is lower than 0°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
