PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method of streaming a data packet in real time. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a buffer for storing a plurality of data packets until transmission; a macro-packet transmitter for creating macro-packets from the plurality of stored data packets, and operating in a UDP mode including a predetermined re-transmission protocol; and a processor for streaming the macro-packets into a computer/server or a storage device in real time, and retransmitting the macro-packet of each of streams of macro-packets by the re-transmission protocol according to a request from the computer/server.
