<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triangular wave signal generation circuit in which propagation delay in a closed loop comprising an integration circuit and a Schmitt trigger circuit is eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: The triangular wave signal generation circuit includes: the integration circuit 102 for integrating input voltage and outputting a triangular wave signal; the Schmitt trigger circuit 103 for receiving the triangular wave signal and outputting a signal obtained by making voltage have a hysteresis characteristic in accordance with the voltage of the input signal and switching the voltage in the shape of a step as input voltage to the integration circuit; a triangular wave output terminal 101 connected between an output side of the integration circuit and an input side of the Schmitt trigger circuit to output the triangular wave signal to the outside; and at least one phase lead circuit 104 inserted in series into the closed loop comprising the integration circuit, the triangular wave output terminal and the Schmitt trigger circuit to advance the phase of the input signal, and outputting the input signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
