RECEPTION MANAGEMENT APPARATUS AND RECEPTION PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively call a customer at a plurality of windows who has visited at a plurality of affairs.

SOLUTION: A reception management apparatus 10 includes: a reception part 102 for receiving one or more affairs received through a receiving terminal for receiving affairs according to customer's operation and issuing a reception number card as affairs belonging to one reception group; a number assignment part 104 for assigning a reception number of a number group different in each affair; a call instruction part 106 for instructing a calling operation machine to call reception numbers included in each number group in the order of reception numbers in each number group; and a storage part 108 for storing information indicating affair processing states. The call instruction part 106 changes the calling order of reception numbers in accordance with the processing state of a called affair and the processing state of the other affair belonging to the same receiving group as the affair.
