<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for achieving improved content distribution and reproduction processing using a template. <P>SOLUTION: A server receives template-corresponding input data applied to the reproduction of content using a template including video data from a local input device and creates local content. The template and template-corresponding input data are transmitted to a local information processor. The template is not updated frequently, and the template-corresponding input data is transmitted in response to update. An information provision device performs content reproduction to which the template and the template-corresponding input data are applied.
