<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of further accelerating healing of a wound, in an optical treatment device utilizing the cell activation mechanism using light irradiation. <P>SOLUTION: This optical wound treatment device includes: a first healing accelerating means for irradiating light of a predetermined wavelength band to an object part of a living body; and a second healing accelerating means disposed in the object part.
