<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing control device that achieves high-speed drawing and a waveform measuring device using the drawing control device. <P>SOLUTION: The drawing control device uses a graphic display control section including a drawing data memory storing drawing data and a general VRAM.
