<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a connection point to mutually connect different kinds of networks with a high cost reduction effect without calculating a communication route over a plurality of networks. <P>SOLUTION: A connection control device 12 controls connection among a plurality of communication nodes which are respectively connected to a plurality of networks mutually different in address system. In the connection control device 12, an index information obtaining part 121 obtains index information indicating the connection states of the communication nodes from the plurality of communication nodes. A connection point selecting part 123 selects a communication node to perform data transfer processing among the plurality of networks from the plurality of communication nodes, based on the index information.
