<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulin preparation constantly discharging a water-soluble insulin and also controlling the discharge amount of insulin. <P>SOLUTION: The insulin preparation includes specific 16 amino acid residues and includes a structure such that the charged hydrophilic amino acids and electrically neutral hydrophobic amino acids are aligned alternately. The preparation further includes a self-assembling peptide exhibiting aβ-structure in a physiological pH and salt level. There is provided an immediately effective insulin preparation having self-assembling peptide concentration of 0.1 to 0.25%(w/v) or a specially effective insulin preparation having the self-assembling peptide concentration of 1.0 to 2.0%(w/v). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
