PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program capable of effectively creating a PDF file with a password. SOLUTION: The program includes the steps of: creating one PDF file from CSV type transmitting data including data about a person to be transmitted including a password and an electronic mail address stored beforehand in a memory and storing the PDF file in the memory; creating index data for page decomposition and storing the index data in the memory; creating index data for a password and storing the index data for a password in the memory; using the index data for page decomposition corresponding to each PDF file to decompose data of the PDF file into data of each person to be transmitted; and using the index data for a password to attach a password corresponding to each PDF file, and creating a PDF file with a password.
