PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display, a display method and a head-up display, requiring no complicated device constitution and no image processing, capable of obtaining display perceived with enhanced depth feeling, allowing display with a high feeling of presence, and capable of supporting a safe operation for a vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: The display generates a light beam including image information, and controls a divergent angle of the light beam to get incident into one eye of an observer; alternatively the display includes a light beam generation part for generating the light beam including the image information, a view field control part for making the light beam get incident into one eye of the observer, and an image forming part arranged to separate an optical element nearest to the one eye with 21.7 cm of space from the one eye, out of the constitutional optical elements, and for forming an image, based on the light beam.
