PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soil improvement wall fill capable of constituting fill without affecting the environment, even when using defective material soil containing harmful substances. SOLUTION: This soil improvement wall fill is provided to construct bearing ground 1 which improves impervious properties, the defective material soil 3 which contains the harmful substances and which is disposed as a part of the fill in the central region of the bearing ground 1, lower fill 6 and upper fill 7, soil improvement walls 4 and 5 which are disposed on both the sides of the defective material soil 3, a floor slab 10 which is disposed on the upper ends of the soil improvement walls 4 and 5, and a base course 11 which is disposed on the floor slab 10.
