<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management system for which allows a consumer to spend points on living necessaries for housing renovation depending on the purchase prices of farm and marine products. <P>SOLUTION: A point manager 6 issues a barcode with a producer name, delivery time, product name, and price via a computer network 7 which can access direct sales stores 3 of farm and marine products in the country, and attaches the barcode to the delivered farm and marine products for display in the shop as sales products. When the customer 2 purchases the sales products with the barcode at each direct sales store 3, the housing renovation points are added to the point card of the customer 2 depending on the purchase prices, and the housing renovation points added in adjusting accounts is stored in a data storage embedded in the computer network.
