<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalable quinolone carboxylic acid derivative composition for locally battling with respiratory diseases especially lung diseases. <P>SOLUTION: In this patent, a method of restraining respiratory diseases of human and animals especially lung diseases caused by bacteria by local administration of an antibacterially effective amount of solid betaine represented by formula (III), wherein R is H or C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>5</SB>, and/or barely soluble salts of the solid, and use of the compounds for manufacturing a medicine for local restraining of respiratory diseases of human and animals especially lung diseases caused by bacteria (the compound is administered in the form of solid) are disclosed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
