PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding that provides a molding having low fluffing and bleeding of a plasticizer and high adhesion to a foamed polyurethane molding. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding is obtained by blending (a) 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride resin, (b) 70-150 pts.mass of a plasticizer, and (c) 0.05-5 pts.mass of (meth)acryloxy-modified silicone oil.
