PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update the degree of interest to an interest object for each user with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An interest degree processing device 1 includes an interest degree update unit 13, a content recommendation unit 11 and a memory means. From the memory means, the interest degree update unit 13 reads an interest degree w(t) before update, indicative of action history data 21 relative to each interest object of each user, calculates an integral control term, including an integral value of the interest degree w(t) before update from the past to the present, as a present interest degree w'(t) after update, and stores the calculation result into the memory means as an interest degree database 22. According to the interest degree stored in the interest degree database 22, the content recommendation unit 11 outputs a content which includes the interest object having the interest degree concerned.
