The invention relates to a sample holder for a microscope, having a sample table (32), a holder (34) disposed on the sample table (32), a sample carrier (36) that can be coupled to the holder (34) and on which a sample can be placed, and an adjusting device (44) engaging on the holder (34), by which the sample carrier (36), together with the holder (34) to which the sample carrier (36) is coupled, can moved into a target position on the sample table (32) relative to an objective (46). An uncoupling device uncouples the sample carrier (36) disposed in the target position from the holder (34) when the sample is imaged by the objective (46). |
