<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device, which has improved performance of purifying exhaust gas from an engine 70, and improves ease of handling work such as maintenance of the engine 70. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device includes: gas purification bodies 2, 3 which purify the exhaust gas discharged by the diesel engine 70; exhaust gas purification cases 4, 5, 20, 21 in which the gas purification bodies are provided; and an exhaust gas pressure sensor 63 detecting exhaust gas pressure of the gas purification bodies 2, 3.
