The prosthesis has a detecting device detecting a touch on all pulp parts of a mobile phalanx equipped with a transmission device. The transmission device transmits the touch on a stump of a patient for conferring sensitivity of the touch. A three-row integrated device includes side mobilities that are used as supports with long fingers. A micro engine (M1) extends and inflects the fingers and is set under operation by myoelectric sensors and an electronic circuit, which powers the micro engine.
