<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge controller for a plug-in vehicle, which is capable of preventing execution of useless charging and changing power required for next driving as inexpensively as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A car navigation system 1 obtains electric energy required for next driving on the basis of an arrival schedule time and a destination, which are inputted by a user, creates a charging schedule for charging a battery using photovoltaic power generation until the next departure schedule time on the basis of weather forecast information and sunrise/sunset time of the next day, and controls charging to a battery 4 in accordance with the charging schedule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
