<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a work done by an operator from electronic data obtained from the sensors existing in work environment and varieties of electronic equipment upon estimating the work content from electronic data, and, based on the result, to automatically detect errors and omissions in the work procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: an event extraction section 3 extracting event data with the lapse of time where electronic equipment 1 such as a predetermined sensor meets predetermined output conditions; a learning section 6 calculating a transition probability function that bases on a semi-Markov model from a plurality of time-series information samples of the work constituted of the time-series data of a plurality of events; and a work estimation section 8 determining, from a work graph shown by states and transitions for normal work procedures being a series of work procedures and the time-series information of the event data, the posterior probabilities with respect to the states. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
