<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool lifetime management system capable of managing the tool lifetime of the production line as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: The tool lifetime management system 100 for managing the lifetime of a tool used in a production line 1 including a production facility 2c capable of outputting a non-defective article signal, on the basis of product production includes a storing section 11 for storing a unit usage frequency for each tool set in each product and a lifetime usage frequency set as a lifetime for each tool; a usage frequency collecting section 12 for counting the unit usage frequency of the tool used to produce a product, corresponding to a non-defective article signal, with reference to the storing section 11 and collecting the accumulated usage frequencies, on the basis of the reception of the non-defective article signal; and a notifying section 13 for notifying that the tool has reached its lifetime, when the accumulated usage frequencies have reached the lifetime usage frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
