<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an operation becomes complicated with no possibility of staining hands when gas is vented. <P>SOLUTION: An overcap 5 for an aerosol container for storing a pressing head 4 of the aerosol container 1, consists of a base 51 having a through-hole 53 for exposing the pressing head 4 and removably engaged with the container 1, and a cap main body 57 removably held on this base 51 and cooperating with the base 51 to store the pressing head 4 inside. On the base 51, a tongue piece 56 which comes into contact with an engaging part 2a with the base 51 formed on a shoulder part 1a of the aerosol container 1, and performs plastic deformation toward the pressing head 4 when the cap 5 is mounted at first, and the tip part 56a of which comes into contact with a rib 4b of the pressing head 4 to push down the pressing head 4 when the cap 5 is removed and mounted again, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
