PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample separation and suction tool capable of performing transfer continuously from a two-dimensional electrophoresis where high resolution sample suction is achieved.SOLUTION: This sample separation and suction tool 100 includes a cathode 2, an anode 3, and a first opening 17 opened at the facing side to the cathode 2, and a second opening 18 opened at the facing side to the anode 3 and prepares a sample separation section 6 containing separating gel 7 and a slit structure 8 having a slit 1 at a facing position to the second opening 18. A transfer film 9 is arranged between the second opening 18 and the slit 1. Because the slit converges an electric flux line flowing from a first electrode to a second electrode, the sample flowing along the electric flux line is discharged from the second opening to be converged in the suction process to a sample suction member. |
