PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective relay system and protective relay device, capable of attaining high-accuracy sampling synchronization without obstacle, such as, packet crash by controlling synchronization timing, when utilizing for combination of a IEEE1588 technique with a protective relay technique.SOLUTION: In the protective relay system includes a unit for sampling system current information from a power system for each predetermined electrical angle, at each terminal of the power system, and performs relay calculation for detecting an accident of the power system from the system current information transmitted between units, the plurality of units are divided into a plurality of slots for each data with a period of the predetermined electrical angle as a transmission subject; and the plurality of slots include at least a first slot for transmitting the system current information between the plurality of units and a second slot for transmitting a synchronization signal of sampling time. |
