PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a lightweight and easy-to-construct autoclaved light-weight concrete (ALC) panel with high durability and easy construction as a tread-board for a staircase of a reinforced concrete building and a building of steel construction.SOLUTION: The tread-board, in which a surface of the ALC panel is provided with a protective layer made of mortar, a self-leveling (SL) material and a synthetic resin-based plastering material, is used; a mounting bracket, which is mainly composed of an L-shaped steel piece, is pre-mounted on the building frame of the reinforced concrete structure or the steel construction; and after that, the tread-board is placed on the mounting bracket, and tightened and fixed by means of a mounting bolt. |
