PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection sensor and a material detection method which can increase an identification performance of a material with a simple and low cost composition.SOLUTION: The detection sensor includes a pair of electrodes 70A, 70B on a vibrator 30, wherein the electrodes 70A, 70B are covered by a sensitive film 20. The detection sensor detects the frequency change of the vibrator 30 associated with a change of mass by component molecules adsorbed by the sensitive film 20, and the change of resistance and conductivity of the sensitive film 20 between the pair of electrodes 70A, 70B. |
