PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the effectiveness of a user certificate in a state that a specified certificate authority cannot issue an invalid certificate list.SOLUTION: A portable telephone terminal 20 stores: a specification check program for acquiring the performance information of a PC and determining whether or not the performance information satisfies a predetermined condition; a virus check program for executing a virus check of a PC when the performance information satisfies the condition; a predetermined program for transforming a function which a user wants to use on a PC into concrete action; and a monitoring program for activating the predetermined program on a PC after the completion of the implementation of the virus check program, and deleting the predetermined program and data used therein after the completion of the predetermined program. |
