摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion capacitor which enables easy coating of an electrode-combining agent to an electric collector, and also enables highly effective doping of a lithium ion to a negative electrode by using a positive and the negative electrodes formed through a simple process.SOLUTION: The positive and the negative electrodes are soaked into an electrolytic solution through a separator in the lithium-ion capacitor. The positive electrode in the lithium-ion capacitor includes a carbon material or a metallic oxide which can reversibly adsorb and desorb, or occlude or detach anion and lithium ion as an active material. The negative electrode includes the carbon material which can reversibly occlude and detach the lithium ion as the active material. The electrolytic solution is a nonprotonic organic solvent containing lithium salt, a through-hole is formed in each of the positive and the negative electrodes, and the lithium ion is preliminarily occluded in the negative electrode.
