PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect such a failure that a state cannot be maintained after finish of excitation in a latch type solenoid valve.SOLUTION: An apparatus for confirming operation of the latch type solenoid valve 10 for maintaining the state after being shifted after current supply stop, which is a latch type solenoid valve 10 that is shifted from a closed valve state into an open valve state by supplying a current into a coil 24 in a first direction, and that is shifted from the open valve state into the closed valve state by supplying a current in a second direction which is a reverse direction to the first direction, includes a valve driver for shifting the state of the latch type solenoid valve 10 by supplying a current in the first direction or in the second direction by a driving circuit, an inspection driver for supplying a current in the same direction as the valve driver by the driving circuit, a detector for detecting a driving current or a driving voltage of the driving circuit based on inspection driving, and a determiner for determining the operation state of the latch type solenoid valve 10 based on the driving current or the driving voltage detected by the detector. |
