PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washer capable of performing effective washing in which a washed object is vertically floated or sunk so as to be loosened by wholly and uniformly agitating a washed object from below by sufficient jetting force while uniformly dispersing air bubbles and water flows over the whole portion of a washing water tank.SOLUTION: The food washer includes a washing water tank 2, a filtration water tank 7, a pressurized water pipe 51 arranged between a circulation pump 8 provided at the filtration water tank and a bottom chamber 29 formed in the washing water tank, an exhaust nozzle 55 opened upward at an end of a pressurized water pipe, a bubble-generation device 4 for aeration, disposed in the half-way of the pressurized water pipe and a washing basket 9, wherein a water flow interrupting portion 92a is formed in a center part of a bottom screen 92 provided at the bottom of the washing basket and a plurality of water flow small holes 92b for forcing water flow passing therethrough are formed in a center part of the water flow interrupting portion. |
