PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover ink without scraping.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator 12 for bringing into contact with one side face of a printing blade 9 is disposed inside the top of an atomizing box 13 capable of receiving the printing blade 9 through a notch part 19 on the top of side walls 17a and 17b to attach inside the side wall 18a via a support member 20. Outside the side wall 18a, a reaction force receiving member 21 capable of fixing a position in a longitudinal direction of the printing blade 9 and a relative position to the printing blade 9 with atomizing box position adjustment means 23 is attached via vibrator pressing means 22. A collection filter 16 is provided between the suction port 14 of the atomizing box 13 and a suction device located downstream side therefrom. The printing blade 9 is vibrated by the ultrasonic vibrator 12 to atomize remaining ink 10. At this time, the mist 10a of ink generated in the atomizing box 13 is sucked by the suction device, collected by the collection filter 16 and recovered. |
