PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of curling and cockle by suppressing penetration of water and solvent contained in ink to the inside of a recording medium; to achieve a high-quality picture by preventing color shift or image shift as well as improving drying efficiency and increasing speed of recording.SOLUTION: An ink jet recorder includes a treatment liquid giving means for giving treatment liquid to the recording medium conveyed by a conveyance means, a liquid discharge head arranged on the downstream side of the conveyance direction for discharging aqueous ultraviolet light-curable ink, a half-curing means arranged on the further downstream side, a drying means for drying the recording medium arranged on the further downstream side, and a main curing means arranged on the further downstream side. |
