PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation inspection tool for a louver board member constituting a damper device which allows an operator to confirm the operating state of the louver board member without using a traction tool such as a chain block.SOLUTION: The operation inspection tool for the damper device is constituted by continuously providing an operation rod having a predetermined length to an abutment portion to abut on an arm portion of the louver board member constituting the damper device. The abutment portion includes an engagement means formed by a holding protruding portion for holding the side wall of the arm portion. The holding protruding portion for holding the side wall of the arm portion is formed of two protruding pieces arranged so that the space between both is gradually reduced from the base end side to the tip side according to the shape of the arm portion.
